What this site collects

When you send a booking request, table reservation, wedding enquiry or message through a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, and: if you choose to provide them: your phone number and any message.

Depending on the form, we also collect the dates, guest numbers and villa preference you select. We ask for a tick to confirm you are happy for us to reply before the form can be submitted.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange your stay, table or event. We do not use these details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who it is sent to

Form submissions are delivered to infos@eywaretreat.com. Where email delivery is used, a third-party email provider processes the message in transit.

The home page asks Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com), a weather service, whether it is raining in Uluwatu, so the garden on the page can show the real weather. The request carries no cookie and no personal details; like any web request, it reaches that service from your IP address.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated before they are switched on.
